Build the website using a nix flake

Build the website using a nix flake to enable a reproducible build as well as to prepare migrating my VPS hosting this website to NixOS. Deployment will no longer be done automatically using ansible, I'm going to limit CI to simply building the website for now until I decide how I want to handle deployment with Nix.
